I thought i would share this catering favourite with you.
          PASTA SHELLS.
1 box of the very large pasta shells
cook as normal pasta, slightly al dente.
Rinse in cold water, untill shells are cold
spread out on kitchen paper to drain thourghly.

Mix tuna sweetcorn & mayonaise or egg mayonaise with cress.
Salmon with diced cucumber. Chicken with sweetcorn.
Fill each shell and lay on a bed of salad.

Easy as that, the list of fillings is endless, i have used so many different ones i have lost count.
I find two is enough for a starter with a very small side salad.
Its up to you what you like and how many obviously.
They are great for buffets a must.
